When you read this I will be in Oxford doing a summer school, but I thought that I would prepare a mid-week post early. When I go on holiday for a week I end up taking far too much make-up; I love having a different eye and lip combo each day. However, when travelling it is definitely my skincare regime that I condense and use the same small-sized products every day.

For moisturiser I have decided to take one from my Benefit set that comes in the adorable mini glass jar, and also threw in the matching eye cream. I've used this moisturiser once before and was a big fan so I am excited at the prospect of using it again for the next week. While I can't imagine the weather in Oxford to be too roasting (my BB cream has SPF 25 in it so I should be okay with just that!) I did decide to throw in a small tube of the La Roche POsay SPF 50+ for face just in case. Tragically I have used up my Nuxe Rev De Miel lip balm but I've recently picked up one from Palmer's that has SPF 20 and I am hopeful that it'll give me the same results. For cleanser I bought a small 125ml Garnier miccelar cleansing water and will use that day to day, but also thought I may bring a travel Cleanse and Polish in case I suffer from a major breakout or irritated skin. I was also recently given a miniature of the Lancome Advanced Genifique oil which has been a huge game changer for me - I add two drops into a small blob of my moisturiser at night and in the morning my skin feels amazingly soft. I also brought along my trusty Super Spot Remover from Origins to get rid of any nasties that may pop up. I hate travel toothbrushes and so always just choose to take my regular one, but these Sensodyne miniature toothpastes are very handy for a small washbag (well, not that mine is small!).
