The Gucci aviators have been replicated time and time again since their first appearance in Milan last spring, but the style particularly exploded in the latter part of 2016. With distinctive thin metal frames, oversized round lenses and a prominent nose bar, the style is effortlessly reminiscent of eighties mens eyewear, or the glasses Noah wears as a pensioner at the end of the Notebook. However, these beauties from British eyewear designers Cubitts have stolen my heart. They perfectly replicate the nostalgia of the Gucci glasses for a fraction of the price while also being exceptional quality and without appearing too old fashioned.

Thankfully, the reign of bomber jackets is over, and they have moved over to be replaced by puffers. From Stella McCartney and Balenciaga to Vetements, everyone cashed in on this trend for autumn/winter. My favourites were the duvet-esc styles seen at Marques Almeida, and so when this powder pink pillowed coat appeared on Asos courtesy of Monki for a mere £60 I simply couldn't resist. I have worn this almost everyday since purchasing in the Black Friday sale and think that the on-trend colour, combined with the easy shape and points for practicality (as it is literally like wearing a duvet outdoors) is going to make it a staple in my wardrobe for the coming months.
